When should the kit arrive, before surgery or after?
We recommend ordering at least a few days before your procedure. Having the kit on the counter before you walk in the door means you don't have to think about anything when you get home. Most patients open it the evening of surgery.
Is this a substitute for what my surgeon told me to do?
No. Restova is a comfort and convenience kit, not a medical product. Always follow the post-operative instructions your surgical team gave you. The items in the kit are meant to make those instructions easier to follow.
Are the supplements safe with my medications?
The supplements included in some tiers are entirely optional. Restova does not prescribe, recommend, or endorse the use of any supplements. Before consuming any supplement, especially around a surgical procedure, anesthesia, or other medications, you must consult with your surgeon or care team. Always follow the dosage directions printed on the product packaging.
Does the kit include anything for the longer soft-food phase?
Yes. The Comfort Complete Kit includes additional electrolyte support and gentle nourishment items intended to carry you through the soft-food window, whether that's a few days for a single implant or several weeks for a larger procedure.
What's your return policy?
Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days. We can't restock opened kits for hygiene reasons, but if something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, email restova@restova.co within 7 days and we'll make it right.
