Refund policy

We want you to feel cared for before, during, and after your recovery. Because Restova kits contain personal-use items intended to support healing, our return policy is designed with hygiene and safety in mind.

Opened Kits

All opened kits are final sale. Once a kit has been unsealed, we are unable to accept it back for return or exchange.

Unopened Kits

Unopened kits in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at restova@restova.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

Email restova@restova.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps and, if applicable, return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return on your current item and place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, sealed, unopened condition, with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving a damage/defect claim. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at restova@restova.co.
