Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Restova. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Free shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimums, no codes — it's automatically applied at checkout.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping methods and timing. We ship from the United States via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. Carrier delays outside our control can occasionally affect delivery windows.

International orders. At this time, Restova ships within the United States only. We're working on expanding — check back soon.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Restova is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment costs may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please email us at restova@restova.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right. Photos of damaged packaging help us file carrier claims quickly.
