About Restova
What is Restova?
Restova is a recovery kit designed to make the days after surgery feel less lonely, less confusing, and more comfortable. Each kit bundles thoughtfully chosen items that address the small, real problems patients face when they get home.
Who is Restova for?
Anyone recovering from a planned surgical procedure. The kit is designed to be useful across a wide range of recoveries. It also makes a meaningful gift for a friend or family member heading into surgery.
Is Restova a medical device?
No. Restova is a wellness and comfort product. Nothing in the kit is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the instructions given to you by your surgeon and care team.
Ordering & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after that.
Can I order a kit for someone else?
Yes. At checkout you can ship directly to the recipient and include a personal note. Many of our customers order Restova as a gift for a loved one before surgery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us within a few hours and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order is in transit, we cannot recall it.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Because Restova kits contain personal care and consumable items, we cannot accept returns of opened kits for hygiene reasons. Unopened kits in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If your kit arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What if something is missing from my kit?
Within 7 days of delivery, email us a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
The kit
What comes in the kit?
Every Restova kit is the same: 14 essentials for the first days at home. That includes a cold therapy jaw wrap with 6 ice packs, an alcohol-free salt water rinse with 2 rinse syringes, gauze pads, Arnica gel and Arnica pellets, electrolyte packets, calming herbal tea, soft cotton washcloths, lip balm, recovery socks, face wipes, a squeeze ball, and a day-by-day recovery guide. One kit, no tiers to choose between.
Can I customize a kit?
Not at this time. Each kit is curated as a complete experience.
Using your kit
When should I open my kit?
We recommend opening it before surgery so you know what's inside and can keep the items you'll want most within easy reach when you get home.
Does the kit include any supplements?
No. The kit contains no vitamins or dietary supplements. It does include Arnica gel and Arnica pellets, which are optional comfort items. Restova does not provide medical advice. If you take medications or are considering any supplement around your surgery, check with your surgeon, physician, or pharmacist first, and always follow the directions printed on the packaging.
