About Restova
What is Restova?
Restova is a recovery kit designed to make the days after surgery feel less lonely, less confusing, and more comfortable. Each kit bundles thoughtfully chosen items that address the small, real problems patients face when they get home.
Who is Restova for?
Anyone recovering from a planned surgical procedure. Our kits are designed to be useful across a wide range of recoveries. They also make a meaningful gift for a friend or family member heading into surgery.
Is Restova a medical device?
No. Restova is a wellness and comfort product. Nothing in the kit is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the instructions given to you by your surgeon and care team.
Ordering & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after that.
Can I order a kit for someone else?
Yes. At checkout you can ship directly to the recipient and include a personal note. Many of our customers order Restova as a gift for a loved one before surgery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us within a few hours and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order is in transit, we cannot recall it.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Because Restova kits contain personal care and consumable items, we cannot accept returns of opened kits for hygiene reasons. If your kit arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
What if something is missing from my kit?
Email us a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Choosing a kit
Which kit should I get?
Essentials is our starter kit — the core comfort items everyone benefits from after surgery. Plus adds more daily-use supplies and is the right pick for most recoveries lasting more than a few days. Complete includes everything in Plus along with extras for longer or more involved recoveries. If you're unsure, Plus is the most popular choice.
Can I customize a kit?
Not at this time. Each kit is curated as a complete experience. We may offer add-ons in the future.
Using your kit
When should I open my kit?
We recommend opening it before surgery so you know what's inside and can keep the items you'll want most within easy reach when you get home.
Are the supplements in the kit safe for me to take?
The supplements included in Restova kits are commercially available consumer products and are not prescribed, recommended, or endorsed by Restova for any medical purpose. Restova does not provide medical advice. Before taking any supplement — especially before, during, or after surgery — you must consult your surgeon, physician, anesthesiologist, or pharmacist. Some supplements may interact with anesthesia, prescription medications, or your medical conditions. Do not consume any item in the kit without first confirming with your care team that it is appropriate for you. By using any supplement in the kit, you acknowledge that you do so at your own discretion and risk.
